Over the past five years, our very special team of songwriters Deb Suckling, Kristy Apps, Roz Pappalardo, Jackie Marshall and Emma Bosworth have been on a journey to document the stories of Australian war widows and wives or our serving men – and turn these highly personal stories into song.

In April they will be a part of the 2019 Bleach festival – telling the stories of Gold Coast Wives and putting them into song with some help from the HOTA choir. There will be Two very special performances in the lead up to Anzac day on the gold Coast – head here for info and tickets.

The Soldiers Wife documentary is also underway and will be released in 2019. Sharing the stories of so many military wives and their families through song. This has been one of most deeply moving projects for us and if you would like a copy of the book – the songs or just more information – please get in touch.
